Can you enchant with azuras star

If you use the star just for enchanting, then yes it can feel like a waste of time, especially since grand soul gems are plentiful enough. However Azura's Star can also be used to recharge enchanted weapons, which keeps your weapons topped off with soul fuel. It just seems to me that if you wanna do mass enchanting it may be better to fill up several grand soul gems unless you want a minor increase in the enchant at the expense of killing one in between every enchant?

Both are pretty much useless when I am a Breton with hands of the atronach. Last edited by Nezkeys ; 8 Jun, pm. It's close to useless in Oblivion, imo. It is a lot more useful in Skyrim because you have the option to turn it into the Black Star. It also doesn't matter if you take the "black" variant or not for the purposes of your question.

Both variants work the same way, just on different souls. The advantage is that you don't have to find or keep a ton of soul gems on hand.

If this isn't an advantage to you, then there's nothing particularly special about the Star. I got it in my playthrough, but I had so many soul gems that I rarely made use of it.

Trying to be a hero. This question is stupid for multiple reasons. If you think hard you will enlightened. You need therapy or you'll definitely fall into the "going to die old and alone" category. Who has the Palladium? In Hesperia. One must not simply play the bass. One must slay the bass. This is funny because you actually think that you aren't "sad and weak", yet you fail to see the perfectly logical reason for why the star could have not been allowed for enchanting.
